Library

Temple Isaiah supports the wellbeing of our community. We asked Marriage and Family Therapist Sandy Silas to create this virtual library of resources for us, including hotlines, warmlines, books, podcasts, apps and more to help navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are looking for support as an adolescent, a parent, or an aging adult, whether you are struggling with grief, depression, sleep, or substance abuse, or are looking for a sliding scale therapist, this curated collection of resources should provide guidance. As always, our clergy is available to listen and talk whenever you need.
