Purim

Dear Friend of Temple Isaiah:

Temple Isaiah is holding a Silent Auction fundraiser as part of our annual Purim Carnival on Sunday February 2010.

The proceeds from the Auction will help us fund our important congregational and community service programs, including our outstanding Preschool, award-winning Religious School, and many public service missions. These programs include PATH (People Assisting the Homeless), Beyond Shelter (very low-income housing), Jewish World Watch (now focusing on the genocide in Darfur), SOVA (collecting food for the needy), and many more!

We are looking for donations in many areas:

Dining: Restaurant meals, wines, gourmet gift baskets, grocery
store gift cards.

Travel: Airline tickets, hotel stays, vacation homes, frequent
flyer miles, golf packages, cruises.

Fun for Kids: Art, sports, dance and music
classes, passes for indoor playgrounds and kid-friendly places, birthday party
locations, party entertainment, craft certificates, themed toy baskets.

Services: Gift certificates for professional services
(exercise/sports trainers, photographers, caterers, consultants), spa and salon
treatments, car detailing.

Entertainment: Movie, theater and concert tickets, amusement park
passes, museum admissions, tickets to sporting events, country club outings.

Celebrity Items: Visits to television show and movie
sets and/or other unique experiences, signed scripts and memorabilia, tickets
to movie premieres.

Merchandise: Jewelry, accessories, electronics, sporting equipment,
retailer gift cards.

We expect over 700 families to visit the Carnival, and we will proudly recognize your generous donation in all promotional materials. All gifts are tax-deductible and will be gratefully acknowledged with a letter sufficient for tax purposed. Our Non-Profit ID Number is 95-1691319. Please complete the Donation Form and return it to the Temple office before February 5, 2010.

If you have any questions or comments, please email us at

With many thanks,

Purim Silent Auction Committee
